Clients in the plastic closure industry were/are in need of high speed rotary folding and slitting machines. Working closely with closure manufacturers, JB Tool, Die & Engineering, Inc. utilized our experience in machine design to develop equipment that fit their needs. We now produce closure folding and slitting machines in three configurations: 12-station for closures up to 38 mm; 18-station for closures up to 48 mm; and 12-station for wide mouth closures up to 86 mm. Using materials such as stainless steels along with aluminum and plastics, we build each machine using CNC machining, turning, grinding, welding, and our assembly capabilities. We also design, build and program the controls system.
