As our name implies, Dies are a major facet of our business. We have the ability to produce extremely close tolerance patterns, graphite electrodes and most importantly, have an  experience level unmatched in the industry. We have designed, built, and shipped over 4000 dies.  Our Die Division is housed in a 15,000 sq. ft facility. Our Die Division designs and builds precision molds for mechanical parts, long running injection molds, shuttle molds, compression molds, and just about any type of mold you could imagine. Next time you have a soft drink out of a plastic bottle, take a close look at the detail on that cap. We probably designed and built the machine and tooling that made it.

   We will provide custom services for your design, project, or shop. We can build a new mold, rebuild, or provide routine service.

   We have the expertise of very experienced mold makers, combined with state of the art equipment. Four axis CNC-RAM-EDM allows us to build precision molds.  We have the ability to engrave " in house " our EDM graphites to ensure a superior quality control level. We do not have to either wait for a supplier, or use a worn electrode until a replacement shows up.

   Our Engineering staff has the skill, tools, and ability to do modeling on a variety of platforms, ensuring that the die you need is the most cost effective solution. Our Engineers have “hands on” experience in building our tools and equipment.  We build our dies with longevity and simplicity of design as our guide.

  Although most of our dies are JB Tool designed, our experienced engineering staff will work with you to implement your design. We have an extensive background in real world machining. We haven't been in this business for over 42 years by just talking, or waiting for the Internet.
